This item is a service request, not a physical product. 

You ship your ERIS hotend to us for refurbishment. We will repair and replace any part of your factory hotend. We also test and operate your hotend then ship it back to you. Normally requires one week turnaround after we receive your hotend. 

Choose the shipping option for return shipping of your hotend once we complete it. If you choose 2 DAY UPS AIR, this means we will ship your repaired hotend by UPS 2DAY after it is repaired. Repair can still take up to one week depending how busy we are.

After Buying this SERVICE:

• Please put your order number on the outside of the package
• Please enclose a copy of this order inside the package
• Ship your hotend for repair to our address on your receipt
• We recommend signature required, we are not responsible for lost shipments.

Return shipping included for USA shipments in the 48 United States. All other shipping destinations will have additional shipping billed after receiving your order.
